Each serving size (2 capsules) contains: BioResponse DIM diindolylmethane complex 100 mg, Calcium-D-glucarate 100 mg, Broccoli sprout concentrate 100 mg, HMRlignan (Norway spruce knot wood) 10 mg, Alpha lipoic acid 200 mg, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 200 mg, Milk thistle extract 150 mg, L-Methionine 200 mg, Glycine 100 mg, Taurine 100 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily, with a meal.
