This product is not for the week and the first few days were awful, I didn’t think I would make it through. I was waking up in the middle of the night for the first three days needing to use the bathroom and I felt sick all day. I’m on day 5 and i am starting to feel great! I’m not having cravings and I’ve definitely dropped a couple lbs. I don’t feel bloated at all. My advice is to stay hydrated and and drink electrolyte replenishers. This saved me. Make no mistake. You must also be ready to change your lifestyle and eating habits otherwise this product will not have the same affect. Will buy again!

I have tried many over all detox, and this one by far has been the most powerful and more effective. This is my first time trying this product I would say please follow instructions and drink plenty of water. I’m using it as a little detox kick off to my weight loss program, I’m not doing it 15 days in a row since I feel like my system is a little sensitive to it but I’m using it as at the end of the weekend program so I can start my week with the clean fresh start. I have experience some cramping first thing in the morning very painful , but this appears after the first bowel movement . First time I did it. I did it three days in a row and I was able to flash out almost 4 pounds like I said, it’s a good way to start a good healthy clean diet.

These pills do work!
Water weight away: second time trying this. whenever I drink water I tend to feel very bloated and with these pills I have noticed that I do FEEL less bloated I still look it but don’t feel it. I do see visibly less cellulite around my stomach and thighs and my arms do look less swollen (Took one pill at dinner time)
15 day cleanse: to be completely honest they are not for the weak. It is miserable. I got a lot of stomach cramps and had to go to the bathroom every hour it seemed like. They are natural laxatives afterall. I’ve never done a detox before this and I can say despite the pain, and constantly needing to go to the bathroom (a little way too much) it did clean out my body. You feel the need to go to the bathroom immediately once you wake up in the morning and right after you eat, so prepare! I did start off having diarrhea then at one point my poop became green?? But don’t be alarmed that’s normal! It’s a lot of fiber going into your body and the I gradients being used to bring out a green color naturally.

Complete detox matrix: to be honest I’m not really sure if I saw a difference with this pills specially. Because of the apple cider vinegar and its acidity I would feel a burning feeling in my throat and stomach and felt nauseous. I think it may have helped curb my appetite for junk food and sweets tho, but I think that may have just been because I felt nauseous after taking them.

This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.
For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.
Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. Thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic!

This product will NOT FAIL. Same results for 4 years… keeps my gut almost waste free as far as im concerned. This empties EVERYTHING out. This is my favorite natural products on the market I use their colon cleanse all the time I have had my large intestines removed but I still sometimes have problems going anyways the colon cleanse is wonderful you can use it for the whole 15 days and it is miraculous or you can use it for two or three days if you’re just backed up and it’s fantastic it does make you fart LOL so if you’re married or you have a boyfriend you’re going to have fun with that LOL but hey that’s part of life and you got to do what you got to do and sometimes you got to fart LOL anyways these are really great products I’m telling you I love them and I actually seek them out at one point I couldn’t find them and I was literally freaking out I keep a bottle of the colon cleanse on hand the water pills are great too the apple cider vinegar pills are great too I have almost all of them the gas pills are really really good if you’re feeling bloated they really do devote you it’s the only thing I found so far that actually work and I have that problem a lot to where my stomach will swell out giving me a pregnant appearance because I have tummy from surgery and after using those my tummy will lay down like it’s supposed to and I feel much more comfortable in my own skin which is the most important thing to me so yep if you need something that works that’s natural these are the best guys

This pack of pills had me very disappointed. Very little appetite control if you don’t have will power it will fail you.. you are guaranteed after taking 1 detox pill to go to bathroom sometime the next day it all depend on what you ate the day before for me… the water pill while taking it I didn’t see any difference than my regular usage ever tho I drunk more water than usual.. I didn’t loose, as a matter of fact after 15 days I gained 3 pounds and I was exercising daily and eating a healthy diet.. NEXT PRODUCT!!!

I have been feeling bloated and gross and maintaining weight for the last few weeks so decided maybe doing a cleanse would help. I’ve never done one so was like “ehh how bad can it be” 😳 well this is 13 hrs after taking the first pill (cleanse pill is taken at bedtime) and let me tell youuuuuuuuuu, this little pill has completely ruined my life. 4am the cleanse police came bangin on the door like they had a warrant and I kid you not i swear ive died 2x and lost 20lbs probably. So moral of the story, buy this if you want to 💩 out your soul and contemplate all your life choices.
