This Enzyme is a grade above others. Since taking this, we have noticed improvement in our digestion and bowls as well. I would dare to state that to date, this is the best product I have ever used for my issue. And I have been trying products since 2010. My husband and I both require enzymes for digestion. He needs Protease when he eats meat and I need Invertase with my food. In the past we had to buy each our own bottle of enzymes. Amylase and Invertase with Protease is in itself not easy to find for a reasonable price, with good quality in one bottle. We have found it a challenge to find enzymes that have the right amount of each and that really help us with digestion. It’s having Psyllium Husk Powder in a dose that does not cause constipation is sublime. Anti-Gas & Bloating aid is working. We paid good money to a natural specialist who explained the benefits of taking Psyllium Husk with an enzyme. Taking this initially led to good weight loss for us but as the years went by we stopped taking the Husk and enzymes faithfully. Now we feel back on track and are seeing a difference. I wish we had all this in one bottle back then. It might have helped us to stay on track. Absolutely recommend, yes!

Works a little too well, I’m lactose intolerant and this has the enzymes I need to digest it. But then I got constipated lol not for too long but keep taking it your gut will appreciate the extra help

I normally get a different brand on here and they work SO well but cost a little more than these. I figured I’d give them a try since the ingredients are similar but clearly something is different or missing that was really key in keeping me regular. On the plus side, they don’t have that minty herbal taste that the other did. Easier to take, but didn’t work for me

Mar 13, 2024 update: One pill doesn’t work for me. I am taking 2 per day and it’s helpful. I’m dropping my rating to 4 stars because it’s advertised as one pill per day. If you update your description to say something like “One pill is typically all you need, but some customers find two a day to be safe and more helpful.” – then I will return my rating to 5 stars. My concern is that perhaps it’s not healthy to be using 2 per day? Also, if I’m eating more dairy or junk food, can I safely take 3 in one day?
Jan 10, 2024: I’ve only been using it for one day and I feel about 50%. Could be better, but these things take some time to try out.
I’ll let you know soon. I will drop it down to 4 stars if it’s not good. This is the 4th digestive enzyme I’ve tried, so I feel like I can give objective criticism if needed.
