I have spent a lot of money over the years on digestive enzymes, etc. Most of the time you don’t notice a difference but I notice a difference taking these. They have helped my digestive system be more regular, and I have been able to add foods back into my diet that I have not been able to eat for a while. It has been a good choice for me.

I have used Ohs digestion Advanced formula (enzymes) for over a year now. I had lots of digestion issues. Mostly constipation and weight. I would gain weight for no reason. I have now lost 30 lbs while taking it and doing Keto. When i forget to take it at night, i seem to gain weight. But now after a year, i am again having trouble losing weight and going to calorie diet has sort of helped. Not sure. I also am adding a detox without glycerin to my diet. I may again be getting good results.
