Did not work!! I quite smoking once I heard I would possibly take a drug test too. I got this to take to pass a 10 panel test. I did my research on how to use this product. I didn’t just drink it and hope for the best like it says. I drank this awful tasting drink and the extra water you need to drink. Filled the bottle up twice with water (96oz total). After the horrible stomach ache happens and you start pissing lime green (out my ass too btw. Stained my toilet green) your suppose to be in the good. Well that didn’t happen. I used test strips to check my pee all came up positive for thc. I waited a couple days and drank another to try passing. Same thing happened, here we go again pissing like a race horse after drinking another 96oz of liquid within a half hour, and the test STILL came up positive. I had no choice but to take the test and prey. Got my results today all negative on the ten panel BUT THC! Yes I tested positive for thc. Now I may not get the job even though it’s legal. Save your money and your gut. This stuff sucks and doesn’t work as they say.

This is a screenshot of the test results I got after buying and taking this detox drink, and following directions EXACTLY. I was confident I would get clean test results, I really expected it to work, so I was kind of shocked honestly. But it did NOT WORK. (the opiod positive that showed on the test I wasn’t really worried about too much because it’s a valid prescription I had for pain but I was taking this detox mainly for the THC). I had it sent rush to get it in time, and I drank the 32 Oz bottle from 11am to 1130am, (it tastes HORRENDOUS. hard not to throw up while drinking it, but I got it all down). After I was finished, between 1130am and 2pm, I drank several bottles of water, and then did the test at 230pm. I had peed like 4 times in that time and it was giving me St Patrick’s Day bright green diarrhea for a cpl of those hrs too.. Haha. It was not a pleasant few hrs, to be sure. But I had confidence the product would work, based on some good reviews I had read. When I saw the results a few days later, I couldn’t BELIEVE after going through ALL THAT, that it didn’t even WORK!!! I mean WTF. 🤦😳
I also had stopped smoking 11 days before the test so it was barely there anyway, this was just an added precaution. I decided to drink this because I took an at home THC test the day before, and there was a VERY faint second line on the at home test, so I thought that wasn’t good Enough or “for-sure” enough, so I’ll just take this to make sure. Big waste of time and money and a very unpleasant thing to do also. Lol. So so gross. It tastes like liquid grape flavored dirt/poo/chemicals. Try not to breathe through your nose while u drink it, it’s some nasty stuff. I still wouldn’t have minded tho, if it at least WORKED! 🤦😢🤣
So that’s my experience. I recommend getting something else. (back in college I took some natural detox pills over a few hrs a cpl times, that were supposed to do the same thing. I did that for drug tests 2 or 3 times back then, 10-15 yrs ago, and those actually worked, don’t really remember the name but I got them from a head shop, this was b4 legal weed shops.. Lol)
But THIS product plain and simply just doesn’t work. Still not sure what affect this test is going to have on my job… But I felt I should definitely leave a review to let others know how it worked (or didn’t) for me. Good luck.

So I had a last minute test coming up and I am around second hand smoke all the time and used to be a smoker as well. My issue was that I am chunky and although I had been a while without smoking, my test were still coming out positive as I barely drink water as well. To be sure, I bought two of these drinks to test on day one and day 2.
The one on day 1, I totally failed but I didn’t follow the instructions 100%. I had not read that I was supposed to drink this on an empty stomach and if need be only have a toast. I had eaten half a sandwich and didn’t drink as much water as I needed. When I took my at home test, it came out positive. I was totally freaking out. I dissected all of the reviews of this product and found someone similar to my body style and follow their instructions. I am a 5’3 female and weigh about 250lbs and used to smoke moderate and take concentrates such as edibles from time to time. Most importantly, I am not active and lack in h2o consumption on the regular.
My pee did turn like a lime yellow/greenish color and your poop does also come out purple/greenish. For the pee, take a B12 about an hour – an hour 1/2 prior to your scheduled test otherwise you will fail.
On the second day, I made sure to follow all of the instructions and I passed my test. Some of the things I did differently are:
The product recommends you to drink it in between 45-60 mins from starting. The first day I drank it in 60 mins to not rush myself. I split the drink in 4 cups of 8oz and every 15 mins gulped it. People complain about the taste, its doable just since you know its a cleanse your mind plays tricks on you and anything you have to gulp within a certain time frame becomes heavy on the stomach. The second day I gulped it in 30 mins instead. I split it in the same 4 cups of 8 oz and drank it every 7 mins. 30 mins after drinking the actual cleanse, I refilled the 32 oz and drank those 32 oz of water. Every 10-15 mins there after I kept sipping/gulping water.
An hour before my actual test, I took a sublingual B12 vitamin so that the color of my pee could go back to a regular yellow and it worked. When I took my at home test before my going to take my actual test the color of my urine was light yellow and I came out negative. I think the main trick is doing it on an empty stomach, measuring the time to make sure you get the best results, the B12 for the color of urine and drinking tons of water during the hours that you’re trying to cleanse. I bought this detox to cleanse the THC out of my system. Needless to say it did not work for that reason but I’m ok with that. I am a some-timey smoker, and unfortunately chose the wrong time to do so. I still have not taken the test because I’m still in the process of cleansing but I would take this detox for basic cleansing. I took it a week ago and it has made me very regular. If you know then you know. Hopefully it will all be clear by the end of the week. I also do not care for the taste but I can drink it with ice. The best way to describe the taste is that it tastes like a flat grape soda mixed with the chalk Flintstone Vitamins. If you know what both of those taste like then you know what this will taste like.

I found out on Friday morning I was going to have to take another drug test to go permanent from a temp to perm position. I already passed a test with the temp agency 4 months ago so I assumed wrong that I wouldn’t have to test again. I use the THC pens to help my anxiety and neck pain but mostly on the weekend with a couple hits during the week. I haven’t hit the pen since Thursday night. Another friend swears by this crap so I decided to try it. Read all the reviews and followed the directions to the letter.
Was supposed to go for test before work at 7:30 or 8 this morning. Got up at 4 am and drank around 32 oz of water. Then drank this crap through a straw because it’s nasty over 30 minutes. Then I drank 96 oz of water. I bought 2 different brands of test strips. I was testing as I went along. I saw a very faint line that would get me a negative once. Kept drinking until I was at 160 oz of water PLUS this drink for a total of 198 oz of liquid this morning by 7:30 am feeling sick as dog and guess what? I’m still as positive as I was yesterday with no hint of a negative as you can see from the picture!
If you know you’re looking, just stop and try to get it out of your system. I, unfortunately, didn’t know either time I needed to stop so I didn’t except for the 4 days this time. I guess I’ll do what I have to in order to pass but this was not the answer for me in any way. Make sure buy strips and test. Don’t trust it blindly. I guess it works for some and not others but I wasted my money.

So I have used this a few time already with good results. I stop using about 3-5 days before my test and check the night before I need to go in. I tested at almost clear to 50 ng/mL (very very light on the home test) but still positive for the 15 and 20. The next morning after about 3-4 hours after using this I am testing negative all the way to 15 ng/mL. I have tried it before a few days after smoking when I tested clean to 200 ng/mL and it got me very close to negative to the 50 ng/mL (standard for most tests).

I am an 100lb moderate weed smoker. I thought I should get the 32oz because I would sometimes smoke multiple times in a day at least 2-3 times a week. I had my last puff about a week before the test. I followed the directions and drank the entire bottle in 30 mins, finishing at 11. It’s not the absolute worst taste, but it isn’t pleasant imo. After, I refilled the bottle and drank about a third of it before I threw up! I was honestly about to give up but decided to do an at home test just to see… IT WAS NEGATIVE! I decided to finish the rest of the bottle and head to my labcorp appointment for 1:30pm. I passed! Note: I peed about 5-7 times before testing. Next time I think a 16 oz will suffice for someone my size lol. ***This product dilutes your pee but will still give it a yellow color. You have to drink everything and finish your test within a 3-4 hr time frame. Also remember to refill the bottle and drink that as well.
