After hearing about these gummies from many social media influencers, I saw that Amazon was running a great deal on them and that I could save even more by signing up for auto shipments. I ordered one bottle, figuring I could always cancel my subscription before the next bottle shipped if I didn’t feel they actually worked or were worth the cost. They are a big “splurge” for my personal budget at almost $20 per month for a bottle of 60. The bottle does say that you should take 1-2 gummies up to 3 times per day. I started out by taking 2 gummies once per day and I have to say that first of all, they are absolutely delicious! For me, they have no taste of vinegar at all. I actually consider them a treat with their sweet, but not overly sweet apple flavor. Unlike other gummy vitamins I have tried, they are also very soft and not chewy at all. I love gummies, but hate how some of them can get stuck in your teeth and these do not do that at all. They are very smooth. Now, the most important part, aside from taste, is of course, do they work? I have been taking them for a month now and I absolutely have noticed a difference in my energy level. I don’t get sluggish in the late afternoon at my desk like I used to and while I used to find myself falling asleep very early in the evening, I am now staying wide awake much later at night and waking up early in the morning and not feeling tired. I cannot 100% attest to whether these have helped curbed my appetite as I also started eating more nutritiously at the same time I started taking these and I do think that has also played a role in my feeling fuller without snacking. Also, I take them after dinner when my stomach is usually still pretty full. However, I have noticed that I’m not having evening snack cravings like I used to, which could partially be the gummies. And since they are so delicious to me, I look forward to these as a nice little after dinner treat. I like these so much that I have decided they are worth the “splurge” on myself to continue taking them and I recommend them to family and friends looking to be a little healthier. I even have my husband taking them now, which means we’ll be going through two bottles a month, but they are so worth it! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!!!

So I bought these instead of the OTHER ACV gummies to try. So far……
Pros: Taste great and carbs the hunger
Cons: Suggested Daily amount is 2 gummies 3 times a day. Thats 6 gummies a day. The bottle only has 60 gummies, so you are paying for 10 days worth of this supplement. In my opinion, that just is too expensive. I discontinued my subscription and found an alternative. I would buy this again if the price point came down to make it more affordable for a 30 day supply.
