First day using:
I took my first two tablets prior to dinner while I was cooking and ate approximately 45 minutes to an hour afterwards. By the time the food was ready I had already forgotten that I had taken them at all so I began chowing down…except, I wasn’t “chowing” as I typically do at dinner time (unfortunately I adore eating my largest meal at the end of the day with a few glasses of vino which typically results in a bloated, heartburn-induced uncomfortable slumber 😩). I was eating dinner while talking to my partner and by the time they had finished eating I realized I had only had about half of my regular dinner portion and on a typical night I would’ve gone back for at least seconds (😳 I know). The food leftover on my plate did not seem overly appetizing ( not that I am a gourmet chef but typically I would’ve eaten it all & quickly) and was easy to pass along to the dog as scraps. I was able to finish my glass of wine & relax for the rest of the evening with a very not bloated stomach and comfortably-satiated appetite. This was exciting!
I leave this review as I have researched the crap out of weight-loss aids for women specifically (and tried a few gross ones that left me with heart palpitations, nausea and heartburn 🤡) & I am quite pleased that this one has at least acted affectively as an excellent appetite-suppressant when take at the directed time prior to eating.
I haven’t taken it long enough to observe fat loss (this is my first day) & as I am on my cycle I doubt I will see weight loss for at least a week even though I am using MyFitnessPal & doing cardio daily for 45 minutes on the elliptical.
In ending, I do certainly see that this supplement acts as a successful appetite suppressant which of course will lead to weight loss. I do not know if it also “burns” fat however I expect to see loss as my caloric intake lowers (From a lower appetite on the supplements) and I continue healthy choices and exercise. I would recommend it for the appetite-suppressant quality and if I lose weight quickly I would assume it has some fat burning components as well.
*I also have not had any uncomfortable side affects from the supplements as of yet while I have had some with other “diet pill” options previously (such as nausea, heartburn, dizziness or headache).
Overall, I would recommend the supplement for at least a fantastic appetite suppressant & as I combine them with exercise, nutrition (I’m a slightly health-conscious but also lazy vegetarian), lots of iced green tea from Trader Joe’s and less stress I anticipate I will see weight loss. Hopefully it will be enough for me to update my review even more positively!
Certainly worth the price for the appetite-suppressant effect alone. Go for it! Read the directions, make healthy choices & keep consistent!

Absolutely love it. Used before in the past. Had excellent results. I wanted to change and try something else that combined both ingredients (fatburner and 5htp), instead of taking multiple pills. The other product I was using was 3 times this price and I have not seen any results. Started this again and within 2 days it has decreased my appetite and I have stable energy levels. I take this before my workouts and eat well. Absolutely recommend this. No jitters or feeling shaky!

I purchased one bottle and lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks. I ran out and still lost a 1 lbs. I’m using it for appetite control. Along with light exercise and some fasting, I am slowly seeing results. I exercise in the early am for about a 20 minutes or longer. But I’m noticing a tolerance level. I take them 2 times a day with a meal. I ordered a second bottle to control my cravings thru the day. Hopefully, my body will adjust and I won’t need them anymore.

First off I’m not overweight. I started gaining a bit of belly fat and chub rub.. age related and couldn’t get rid of it despite healthy eating and very little eating. I don’t tend to eat much naturally.
I wanted something with some natural compounds and things that didn’t sound foreign and a ton of caffeine so I picked this based on the reviews.
I tried another product which had a lot of caffeine and it made me feel weird. Not jittery but weird .. spacey.
Anyway maybe 2-3 weeks after taking it I noticed my stomach is flatter and I have more ab strength. I am also doing crunches everyday. I feel more fit and can be active for longer and do more physical labor type stuff that I could not before.
Part of the reason I needed to lose the excess flab was because my back was taking a hit from weak abs.
I have a thigh gap again now and my stomach doesn’t look like doughy.. jeans fit better and I feel healthier. Best weight loss product I’ve used with no side effects. I also only take it twice in the am before noon because I was not sure if it would affect my sleep. I also didn’t know how much weight would start to drop off and didn’t want the coke addict meth head look.
Pretty happy with the results so far. It’s not a magic pill but definitely with proper eating and active lifestyle-not necessarily working out but just doing physical things- it can help with weight loss.

I bought this product based on the reviews. I had high hopes for it. I was on one of the very expensive injection medications for over a year and lost a lot of weight, but had to stop because of cost and insurance crap. I have been trying to find an OTC alternative and came across Leanbean, which is apparently no longer available. This one was offered as another option and with the ratings, I thought I would try it. After the first day, I began experiencing horrible night sweats, which I have been well past since I am through menopause. After day 2, I began experiencing a steady headache. I was taking Phengold prior to this and it has worked much better, just more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for.

This stuff does work! I have lost a little, not a lot, but that’s okay. It’s a start. I noticed the difference and am on my second bottle. It helped. I am only giving this a 4 star review though, because the pills get stuck in your craw. I have to eat a cracker or something in order to get them all the way down.

I haven’t been taking these very long but they really just seem to keep me from snacking so much. Less portions. I haven’t been taking them long enough to see results but I can definitely tell I’m not snacking like I was! About a week in I was getting pretty severe cramps (not it’s not that time of the month) but I can’t be too sure if it’s because of the pills. No complains – just the cramps are concerning. They come and go.
