I got my bottle on Wednesday and I took two pills when I got home that night I was on the toilet . When I tell you everyday now I only take two pills a day and today makes the 3 day I been taking the pills and babyyyy when I tell you I been the toilet since this product took affect on me really fast and has been doing what it supposed to do I have notice a different in my stomach and energy. But only take 2 pills a day not 4 I don’t trust to take 4 pills at a time. Idk what kind of power that will do so I only take 2 a day and the job is working well for me.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

This was my first time doing a cleanse, so other than some anecdotal information from a few friends, I was unsure what to expect. I had been feeling unhealthy recently and wanted to kickstart a weight loss plan. These pills worked well in that only two or three days after starting the cleanse, I lost the bloated feeling that has plagued me on and off for months. The amount of … ummm… matter that was expelled surprised me. And that was just on day one! In general, I’m fairly regular, so being able to rid myself of all that I had been holding on to was a great feeling. Taking the pills did not come without side effects: I did have cramping and mild diarrhea but overall felt that dealing with the side effects were totally worth the end results. I have less bloating and feel like my digestion has improved. I am sleeping better and think this has resulted in me having improved energy levels. I’m able to exercise more efficiently. overall, I’m really happy with the results of taking these pills and think they are a great purchase. The pills were effective at cleaning me out and making me feel overall healthier.
UPDATE: a month later, I still feel good. I think the pillls helped me get rid of excess matter in my intestines, and it hasn’t come back! I didn’t change my habits since the cleanse, but the bloated feeling I had prior has not returned. I recommend the pills to anyone looking for a quick start. They work great.

UPDATE: As I stated, the product works beautifully but I was very unhappy with the free bottle promo tease that didn’t happen. I changed my one-star rating to five because I not only received my free bottle after posting this, but I also received a hand-written note of apology. Apparently they were having website issues so good on you BioSchwartz, and thank you Michelle Randall for taking the time to fix the wrong and write the note.
This product works beautifully but if you are buying this product and you are expecting a free bottle as advertised then don’t bother. If you don’t expect to use the offer for a free bottle, then this product is perfect for you. The website will not work when you fill out the online form for a review of the product and request your free bottle of product. I tried a second time today to claim my free bottle and now they don’t "recognize" my Amazon order number – how convenient. For that reason I will not buy anymore of this product and I will blacklist them when possible. Anyone who can’t stand by their word is not worth doing business with. And how stupid do you have to be to take that approach when your product is being sold on Amazon and half the world can read the reviews? Rhetorical question of course. Personally I always look at that the best review and worst review to see how the product is being rated. When it comes to the worst review I do sometimes wonder about the people who seem to complain just for the sake of complaining. Having said that, and if you can do so, then please make sure you research how many times I’ve given a negative review. It is very, very rare considering the fact that I purchase products from Amazon almost on a weekly basis. I was stuck in a rut and unable to lose weight no matter what I ate (or didn’t eat). I felt my gut was missing essential probiotics as I was having a lot of runny stool. I was only looking for a good colon cleanse with a probiotic, but I found this product that claimed to jump start weight loss. I was skeptical (I’m always skeptical about “diet” pills), but these pills we’re definitely helpful. I don’t think they would have helped me alone. I also ate a lot of yoghurt daily and drank kombucha to help replenish my gut. I have also been taking thyroid medication as my thyroid was not functioning quite right. And finally, I’ve been eating a low carb diet.
This product seems to keep my guy healthy and I’ve been able to “go” more regularly. I only take the two pills a day. It was a bit intense at first, but now my gut is in a good place and I notice my gut is not the same when I skip a pill. I don’t think this product is for everyone—it depends on your situation—but it works wonderfully for me.

Planning to use this product every 60 days for 15 days each. So I’ll be taking 3 pillsday. Setup is the following:
28 dayupdate 2/9/2024: (4-star): Maybe it did have some effect. Doing the exact same things but losing weight. Perhaps the “cleaner” colon is effective after all? Wasn’t sure if these actually cleaned anything, but perhaps it did? The #2 did smell a little different while I was taking them.
15 dayUpdate 1/29/2024: (3-star) Didn’t help me much. I guess my colon was already pretty clean? Did make me do #2 more then regular. Just lost 1 lb but I go up and down +/- 2 lbs on a weekly basis regardless. Did not change my intermittent fasting, my regular bike rides (road and stationary 5-6 daysweek), daily push-ups, or diet type (mostly keto friendly).

Food: Intermittent fasting: 930 pm till 1145 am. Coffee with sugarless creamer for breakfast. Lunch: Keeping it below 300 -400 cal, usually keto-friendly on weekdays. Mixed nuts as snacks. Dinner: About 1000-1200 cal. Low on carb, high on proteingood fat + dessert.
Exercise: Stationary bike 45 min M-F (w/ 1 day off sometimes). Road bike 10-15 miles weekends. 2-3 hours VR games with mid-level activities on weekends as well.
