I had some abdominal surgery and needed to be on full liquids for a while. This was actually quite good. Try just adding it to 8 oz of hot water. it gets kind of thick and creamy and nice chocolate flavor.. It made those 6 weeks not so bad! Don’t use the vanilla one though imho…it is pretty blah.

I know designer protein powders have taken over the market. I just tried a product called “Birdman protein” and it was a chalky vile undrinkable squander of $25. I took one drink and threw the entire canister away. Slim Fast is high quality protein, no added sugar, lots of vitamins and minerals, and it’s delicious and the texture is great. Best tasting protein powder by a long shot. I will stick to Slim Fast. Fills me up, and doesn’t spike my blood sugar.

I bought this because the price was substantially less per serving than other forms. I don’t know if that is just to get us buying it this way and then they will jack up the price, but we will see. I have been drinking slimfast off and on for a couple of decades. I like it and have had some success with weight loss when I stick to a diet. It has probably helped a lot as a vitamin supplement too as I do not eat enough vegetables. I use it with 1 or 2% milk and mix it up really well. To me, it just takes like chocolate milk. It is different than store bought chocolate milk, just like chocolate shakes vary in taste depending on where you get them.

I take this every morning to breakfast and it’s quite effective in curbing my appetite for a couple hours until lunch time, helps build muscles during my workouts and the chocolate flavor is delightful. As a result I have managed to control my weight at a constant level. Would recommend as part of an alternative weight management meal.

The product itself was good and as expected, no issues with shipping. But my shake mix came in a pouch and the pouch is difficult to close. I was hoping for the canister. I will not buy this product again because you don’t get a choice of containers.

I bought this because I wanetd a creamer for my coffee at work. I was looking for something that didnt need to be refrigerated and this added the perfect texture and flavor to my coffee. The extra protein really helped with my start too. It is tricky to mix it throughly with just a spoon but I don’t mind a few clumps.

Can only find this product on Amazon; not in our area stores. This is much improved in taste and ability to stir powder so it doesn’t all bubble to the top anymore. I add half glass of rice milk, then powder, stir it well, then fill glass with rest of rice milk and stir again. Very much improved
