These chews are individually wrapped to stay fresh, and pretty much chew like Starburst candies. They don’t taste bad at first, but then leave a HORRIBLY BITTER feeling in your mouth. I have to drink something immediately after chewing one.
I have been taking COQ10 for many years, and I wanted to try the Beet chews, so I thought this was a perfect combination. I have no way to tell if they work, but they certainly can’t hurt. I will continue taking these, but if I don’t see some sort of difference by the time I’ve used them all, I will probably go back to the COQ10 I previously used since they taste A LOT better than these.

It’s too much to chew! The flavor is decent but takes some getting used to the tartness. Because it’s a chew it takes a while to get it down and it’s sticky like taffy almost. I almost finished the first container but switched to gummies to try instead.

I have never received a product that was so difficult to open the lid. Unfortunately, it forces me to buy another brand next time. With all the childproof lids on the market, this one is above and beyond reasonable.
