Hello all. I’ve been using this probiotic for a while now. I believe I am on my 4th or 5th bottle. I used to go directly to Walmart to get a probiotic and for some reason I feel like it was this brand. Anyway, I order from Amazon simply, because of price, convenience, and the fact that I like adding a probiotic to my supplement regiment. I feel that it helps especially when I do not eat enough of probiotic type of foods. I feel that this supplement helps improve my overall gut health and works very well. I haven’t had and side effects, interactions, or issues while taking this supplement. I would recommend to anyone looking to add a good probiotic to their supplement regiment.

Never underestimate the importance of pooping on the regular. These 60 billion colony forming units (CFU’s) do their job quite efficiently. No soupy poops, just going more regularly makes the belly happy.

I have taken many different brands of probiotics over the years and this one seems to work well and the quality/price ratio is great. For those complaining of gas and bloat, it could be the Chicory Root prebiotic that is contains. It is known to cause gas and bloating. Oikos Triple Zero yogurt use to include it as an ingredient, but has changed the formula. It use to cause me much discomfort. However, this probiotic seems to sit well with me. The only negative is that I do experience moss green stools at times with them.

Gentle probiotic that seems to work to keep me regular and it doesn’t give me upset stomach. Capsule is small enough that I have no trouble swallowing pill. I like that there is no need for refrigeration and that you only need to take 1 pill daily. However, wish this probiotic came in even larger size as 60 pills is the largest bottle size.

The gut requires a large number of bacteria in just the right balance to digest food. If this balance is not maintained, you wind up with too much or too little water and discomfort of one kind or another. These probiotics have been very helpful to maintain this balance.

I never write negative reviews. I also hardly read negative reviews, but unfortunately this product did some serious damage to my mental health.
I’m not sure what caused it as I’ve taken probiotics before but I’m guessing it’s whatever was in the prebiotics that made this very bad. I got these on January 8th and have been taking them daily for the last few weeks. I just stopped taking them fully yesterday.
Here’s what I noticed,
The first day it seemed to have given me that “bloat” feeling they described. The second day it seemed to have worked and things were operating smoothly. Then my mental health took a serious turn. I started feeling very severely anxious and panic. It felt like I was having a heart attack but it was just massive amounts of heart burn. I had a hard time sleeping on these because everything inside my mind was not relaxing(I take CBD before bed which calms the mind and body) whatever these things did, made me feel insane, have constant worry/fear about my health, my body, my heart. I felt a lot of random pains in my upper stomach area, I started getting diarrhea after week 2 and had to constantly drink water as I was becoming more and more dehydrated. I had “fog brain” and couldn’t think straight about anything. I can only write this review now as I’ve stopped taking them 3 days ago but did take one 2 days ago in the morning to test my theory out. My anxiety/panic levels went up that day but I was completely fine and normal both the days I did not take this.
I’m not sure what caused this, but I unfortunately cannot finish taking this product. I hope this helps as I wish I read the negative reviews instead of the good reviews only.

This is one of those things that do you really know if they work or not. I can tell you that I don’t seem to have any side effects and I don’t seem to have any aftertaste. Pricing is reasonable, if that’s what you are looking for. I can also let you know that I don’t have an issue when swallowing them. Some people can take pills with no liquid, but I’m not one of them. Maybe not having a reaction is the best way to tell it’s working? Maybe at my next colonoscopy?
