This is a really great product if you are looking for a boost in your day to day lifestyle. I suffer from brain fog, fatigue and lower mood and dreaded ADHD. This definitely helps me focus better and retain my short term memories a lot better. It contains a lot of extra daily vitamins so be aware if you are already taking vitamins to please read the label thouragly so you aren’t stacking and over dosing these suplements. Overall no complaints!

Taking this supplement as directed allowed me to have better control of my memory. I use to wander from one location to another in my home but by the time that I got there I could not remember why I went there. After 2weeks of taking them I could focus a bite greater and wella it came right to me. Which allowed me to move on to other things rather than having to repeat my steps to try to recall what I was after. This is a huge game changer in time management and my confidence level.

To explain my review, I got this for focus (why did I walk into this room? or losing train of thought.) and memory. I am female 74 yrs old, in pretty good health. Any way, after starting taking one pill after breakfast, I noticed an improvement in my train of thought very quickly, within 24 hrs. But, I think it hurt my memory. I tested it this way: Every day I have to rest for around an hour in the afternoon. I always pass the time by playing 2 games on my tablet: a word game and a block puzzle game. I am usually very good at both. However, the day after starting the pills, I could not work the word game at all. Even the easy 3 and four letter words would not come to mind, even with a hint. However, I was better than usual at the block puzzle game. It continued this way, every day, for 5 days. So, I will leave it to you, Dear Readers, to know what that means. Naturally, I stopped taking it and will move on to the next supplement to see if I can find the “holy grail” for focus and recall in senior minds.

After taking for a few days, can already notice a difference in focus. Purchased for better focus and short term memory. Haven’t needed it for memory yet, but hoping to see an improvement soon. Does not taste bad and not hard to swallow. No side effects that I can tell.
