I don’t want anyone knowing that I smoke. Did this for a job drug test. They still found the marijuana in my system. I’d like a refund for every single bottle I’ve ever bought. I have a medical card. My results are based off of not smoking for 28 days, I am a female, I am 5ft 7in, and my weight is 180lbs with 26% body fat, healthy eating, and intermediate working out. I was smoking dabs daily so I was a heavy user.
Warning: i did not follow ttraditional directions. I know how my body processes foods and drinks so I was being overly diligent.
So I bought 3 bottles in the 16oz size. Before the test I drank one the night before around 2300 (Wednesday night). It has a spicy taste to it which I liked but the other aspects for me personally weren’t super easy getting down but I did it. I drank 2 bottles of water. I peed once before going to sleep (I have a shy bladder so I pee less than most people).
Next morning my test was around 0800/0830 (went in without appointment) so I woke up with enough time to drink down a 16oz bottle (woke up at 0500 and began drinking the detox drink around 0515). I drank it in the allotted time (within 30 min) and drank 3 bottles of water. I peed twice. Upon the second pee I took the above photos of my at home urine test (I bought my test at Walmart; I live in WA state; the test was $12 for 1, there’s also an option for a 2 pack for $23). As you can see if you don’t pee enough your pee is very very bright and looks synthetic. Also as you can see I tested negative. The directions for the test show what’s positive and what’s not and explains that even a faint line indicates a negative result. So I took it as a win.
I went to the walk in and waited to test. I waited a tad longer than usual since the doctor was late. So before proceeding I drank another half of the last 16oz bottle I had with me along with 6 cups of water. I would advise against it since when I peed my pee was still very bright yellow, but, thankfully for me I’ve tested there before so the nurse knew it wasn’t fake so I got lucky. I tested at 0910.
I recieved a call yesterday (a week later; staff restrictioms will make turnaround time longer) anf my employer said I passed everything and I’m ready to go for my new job.
Moral to the story: consider your body mass. I weigh more with an even mixture of body fat and muscle so I knew I needed more to ensure I could pass. I know I hold more urine so allowing my body to process and start cleansing the night before was ideal. Take pills to help ensure your urine is the proper color for your test. Drink a lot more water if you hold urine longer and personally upon my own findings less if you pee more so you don’t dilute the cleansing factors.
As long as you know your body this product is great and works just as described if you haven’t smoke for a bit. Inconclusive for heavy users still using trying to pass day of.

I’m gonna start by saying I’m a 260lb woman who has smoked cannabis daily for 24 yrs. I got a job promotion and had to drug screen. I quit smoking 28 days before bc I knew it was coming just not when. I had this on standby for a few months. Day 29 I still kept showing positive on at home tests. I chugged this and when I say it is nasty, it is. I chilled it overnight and used a straw to get it down fast. Thought a couple times it was gonna come back up but I pushed thru by drinking water between. Finished it off, filled it with water and drank that. Second time wasn’t near as bad as first. Its like sour apple juice and apple cider vinegar. It’s gross but I drank 4-16oz water bottles and took 2 more tests after peeing twice. Still positive. Peed 2 more times and if was finally negative. Drove to urgent care, almost pissed my pants omw there. Peed when I got there, had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, almost peed my pants again but held out til I tested and I overflowed that little cup she gave me but I PASSED! First time in decades my pee has been that clean. Oh a friend recommended this to me and she’s on probation. She swear by it. If she’s risking her freedom for bud then this must really work. Also, I did this in the morning with only a piece of toast in my stomach. It says to use on empty stomach or eat toast or crackers if your stomach is sensitive.

I was offered a new job and was surprised with a drug test after accepting the offer. I really wanted the job so i started to panic. I’m not a super heavy user, but hit a vape 1-3 times a day, every day, for the past 3 years. Im also not a small person, 5’11” and >300 lbs. I was skeptical of this product reading the reviews and listed usage, but I figured with 14k reviews at 3.8 stars it was worth a shot.
I stopped smoking 5 days before my test, chugged a TON of water, and bought 2 16 oz. bottles. Around day 4, I took this to make sure it worked before my test on day 6. The drink itself is not great, kind of like kombucha and black pepper, but not the worst. I drank the whole bottle in 10 minutes, and chased it with 30 oz of water in the next 20 minutes.
Make sure you urinate frequently! Within an hour of taking the drink I was seeing a faint negative line! I took the 2nd drink an hour and a half before my test on day 6 and passed! It will turn your urine bright yellow but with frequency it mellows out a bit.
Stick on left in picture is 15 minutes after finishing drink & water, Stick on right is 1 hour after drink & water. This works, for real! Just buy it.

I can’t speak for this as a general Detox- I used it to see if it could help me pass a drug test if I needed too- like most of the people on Amazon apparently.
It’s funny how people think this product is so profound.
It’s just dilution people. You don’t need a $15 vitamin B shake to take advantage of the dilution method. You just need to be able to consume a considerable amount of liquid in a specific window of time.
Test #1
I drank this on day 7 after I stopped using cannabis. I don’t smoke, I only use edibles (the gummies) for my condition. I average about 15mg per day. I used this product on day 7 and followed the instructions. I have THC tests and I used them before, during, and after the detox to satisfy my own curiosity. By the 3rd or 4th urination I was testing negative. Eventually I did go back to testing positive, however.
Test #2
A few weeks later I did the same thing I described above, except I did not use the product at all. I substituted regular water in it’s place. I got the exact same result. Tested negative by the 3rd or 4th piddle.
The moral of this story: DILUTION does not require a special beverage. It just requires enough liquid in a short enough time frame.
Tip: Vitamin B helps pee look yellow. That’s why it’s in the drink.
I knock a star off because this product calls itself a ‘detox’. And maybe that’s what it’s intended for, but then why are the majority of people using this to pass drug tests? This product is being marketed to cannabis users somewhere out there on the web, don’t even remember how I stumbled across this product. I’m guessing it’s because dilution is the more reliable method for a cannabis user to mask pee.
‘Detox’ gives the impression that it is removing something. Dilution simply masks, it does not remove. The word ‘detox’ implies that it does. Maybe that’s just how it’s marketed so they can cover their @sses. They can’t exactly use the slogan: ‘cheat yo test!’ Either way, a lot of the questions and negative impressions about this product stem from people not being clear on what dilution is or how it works. Or in other words: how the product ACTUALLY works. It’s not the herbs or the vitamins that mask your pee it’s simply the quantity and timing of the fluids.
If you are unfamiliar with the dilution method then following the product’s directions will walk you through it, simply. So I give it 4 stars for that because it breaks it down and makes it easy. The dilution method can and does work for many people, but everyone’s body is different. Some people might only need a little bit of water, some of us might need more to mask it. Some people might need so much water to dilute it that it’s impractical and unhealthy. It might work the first time you use it and not the second time- there are so many factors. That’s why you should have THC tests at home so you can have a better idea of how you might actually do. You should also do a trial run BEFORE the actual test day just to get an idea of when you have the highest likelihood of testing negative.
You can get a box of THC single panels tests on Amazon for around 10 bucks. Seriously, so many dumb @ss complaints: "I still didn’t pass and I followed the instructions! Waaaaah!!". Where on the product listing does it make the claim that it will help you pass a drug test? I’m pretty sure it never said or explicitly implied that. Your failed test is not the product’s fault. TEST YOUR OWN PEE beforehand guys and when in doubt- BUY PEE. Seriously, they sell lab made urine on amazon. Don’t know if it works though. 😉 I forget the name though. You can do a search, that’s how I found it

I quit smoking marijuana February 16. And I followed the directions. Empty stomach drink plenty of water and urinate frequently. I urinated at least six times before my drug test. Before I went in to take the test I used it at home drug test and it came up negative, and that was sixth urination before going to the DOT physical. And I weigh 240 pounds. I drank it at 9:30am My DOT test was at 12:00 in the afternoon, and I passed so I give this product all the stars in the universe.

so i have bought this item twice now in a month and it wont get rid of the thc in your body whatsoever, it only diludes your pee for about 4 hours so tge thc is undetectable only for that short amount of time.

Background: I have been a moderate to chronic smoker for around 6 years. I recently made the decision to stop smoking for introspective reasons but after 3 weeks of abstaining, my home drug test were GHOSTLY faint. I needed extra help. Since I cried because I nearly failed my first drug test, my boyfriend sought all over and was recommended this product. After having my first test canceled due to a subbing FAIL, I dreaded the idea of trying that again. I wanted to use my own urine. HR told me they would look into my case so I crossed my fingers hoping I would be able to retest. Luckily I order this and the 10 home drug test strips this past weekend. I got my strips on Tuesday but my qcarbo 16 was still waiting to be delivered. I received a call from HR stating that I only had 24 hours to take my test on Wednesday. Due to their miscommunication, I was able to take the test on Thursday while I received my drink last night (Wednesday). I diluted my urine so that I was peeing clear Wednesday. I took a drug test and I passed but I knew I needed color for the real thing. This morning I had a glass of water and the drink. Drink this as fast as you can without puking. I refilled the bottle with water 3 times before attempting to another home test. The more water you drink, the less greenish tint you will have to your urine. I was started to panic after 3 voids that were still clear. Around my 5th, it was a lime green yellow color and I tested. NEGATIVE. I tested again after a few more and it was still negative. I’m attaching pictures below. One pic has three test lined up. The first two are mine and the last one is a person who NEVER did drugs. Her test line looked identical to the control line.
The Gag: I’m rating this a 4 because the same test I did at home was similar to the same rapid drug screen I had to do for my job. To be safe, I still brought my friend’s urine with me. I figured if the temperature is extremely off, I’d be confident to rely on my own temporary clean urine. However, the temperature was perfect so I used a sub instead to give myself a piece of mind. I am sure I would have passed either way but I would rather be safe than sorry. I have attached pictures. Dilution will work but you need color which is what the drink gives you and other vitamins tested in the lab. It also extends you window time for being clean unlike water that lasted maybe an hour, two maybe.
