Been drinking the liquid bottle for a while mixed with water. Pour 2 tablespoons in the 16oz bottle and let it refrigerate till next day and drink half in the morning and other half before going to bed with a traw or will roth your teeth. Capsules are better, just pop 3 in the morning and you will be surprised the energy, lower cholesterol and biggest fact: loose wait. Your best friend down there will thank you. 100% recommended!!!

1) I used to drink liquid vinegar which burned my throte.
2) Then, took a couple bottles of vinegar tablets. But they were rough and got stuck a few times on the way down.

Nice convenient product. Great idea. But the manufacturers should add a sachet of silica gel to the container. The ACV powder inside the capsules quickly absorbed moisture from the air and hardened. Not a big deal when swallowing but I was enjoying sprinkling the contents on my home-made popcorn.
