Small beads can be placed under the tongue and dissolves quickly. Usually I experience quick relief if my nose is runny or my eyes are itchy from allergies. It even helps all allergy symptoms even sneezing. I love all the Boiron products. So happy my daughter-in-law introduced me to them. She has used Boiron products for my 10 grandchildren.

I suffer from awful spring time pollen allergies and my wife was searching for a natural alternative so we tried these.
Pros: easy to take, taste fine
Cons: have to take a lot/ doesn’t last long
The biggest issue with these is that it didn’t really take the symptoms away. It just took the edge off for a few bourse and we ran through 2 bottles very quickly and I just switched back to Zyrtec.
