5.0 out of 5 stars Tiny and easy to swallow
I want to say they are making a big difference with my digestion issues. I have only been taking them 3 days and I already noticed a difference. My issues aren’t gone but they are definitely better. I love the fact they are tiny and easy to swallow! I will buy another bottle after this bottle is done.

4.0 out of 5 stars Wait longer than 30 minutes to eat!!!
The directions say take 30 minutes before a meal. That was just not long enough for me. I felt the pill dissolve in my stomach at that point, along with my cheerios, and it was a very uncomfortable and anxiety-provoking feeling. It was a cold burning nausea feeling. As someone who has emetophobia as well as other GI complaints, I am in tune with ANY sensation in my stomach region. Thankfully, this ‘feeling’ passed within another 30 minutes and I was fine the rest of the day. Since I was willing to try again, the next day I waited closer to an hour. I noticed hardly any sensation at all from the supplement even after eating a full breakfast/coffee. Tomorrow I may bump it back to 45 minutes and see. You just don’t want this to ‘open up’ until it reaches your small intestine, or it feels really weird. Not dangerous, just weird. Aside from that I feel like it helps my tummy feel more “settled” after breakfast, with fewer gurgles and churning.. and gas. I tend to get gas by the evening and wake up with gas pains and so far this seems to help. The reason I bought it was for mystery nausea, which could be related to anxiety. I also have had random pains that I can’t quite pin down a cause for.
IMPORTANT NOTE::: I’ve read some concerning reviews on here from people experiencing a change in their bowel habits, or weight loss, without getting checked out by a doctor. Please please please, if you have a noticeable change in your bathroom habits (constipation, diarrhea or both), persistent abdominal pain, blood with bowel movements or weight loss .. and you have not had the major things ruled out by a Dr or Gastroenterologist, please don’t just assume it’s “nothing serious” and proceed to treat with supplements.

5.0 out of 5 stars I’ll continue to take them.
I was influenced by a tiktok to purchase these. I have been taking them for about a month or month and a half now. The only difference I notice since starting these is my heat tolerance. I was in a very hot 90 degree sunflower field at an event in New England. I could feel the sweat running down my spine. Yes, I was hot but I wasn’t, exhausted and barely able to breath hot. The sweat was the only reaction I had with the sun/heat. I noticed my ability to handle the heat head on no problem half way through the day and thought maybe these were the reason. If so, great investment for menopause or people who can’t breath/function well in hot weather. It’s also great for people who work or hobby outside.

3.0 out of 5 stars Taste
Updating from my last review
I have IBS and no gall bladder ordered for bloat and to reduce the frequency of trips to the bathroom. It caused constipation for a few days and I realized I wasn’t drinking enough water when I was taking the pills (def do at least 8 ounces with each serving) now two weeks in I am seeing what people are talking about with the taste. Every time I burp it’s an overpowering taste of peppermint and it isn’t pleasant like a breathmint it’s potent like pure concentrated peppermint oils.
It’s not enough to deter me from using them as I am seeings more benefit from them than cons and I have lost three pounds in the last 2 weeks of use (def a decrease in appetite and the bloat is finally subsiding) so I’m hoping with an increase in water intake the burping peppermint aftereffect will subside

4.0 out of 5 stars Great CHEAP alternative to IBgard, with a small caveat
My doctor recommended I try peppermint oil for my IBS and gave me some samples of IBgard but warned me they were expensive. No kidding! At Walmart, IBgard is $35+ for 48 capsules (you take 2 at a time), during flair-ups you take 6/day. These soft gels have twice as much peppermint oil/soft gel (so you only need to take 1) and there are 48/bottle (equivalent to 96 IBgard capsules) for about $12 (as of Feb 2024). After you do the math, this is much more affordable. I find one soft gel to be just as effective as 2 IBgard capsules.
However, there are fennel and ginger oils as well, which do affect the flavor. You will be burping/tasting this flavor, so if it’s off-putting to you it may not be worth it. I would give these a try, but consider this. I don’t mind it, so this works great for me. Has a very herbal medicine taste, but the peppermint does come through the strongest.
